Step 1: Soften your skin
Take a warm shower or bath for at least 5 minutes, avoiding soaps or shower gels during this time. The glove works best when your skin is softened and prepped by water alone.
Step 2: Prepare the glove
Wet the glove and squeeze out any excess water. It should be damp, not dripping.
Step 3: Exfoliate
Using long, firm strokes, gently buff the skin with the glove. Apply comfortable pressure and know that a little redness is normal as dead skin lifts away.
Step 4: Rinse and care
Rinse off your skin and the glove. Cleanse with your usual shower gel if you like. Afterward, squeeze out excess water from the glove and hang it up to dry. Finish by applying a moisturizer, body oil, or Glydelle Anti-Chafe Stick to lock in hydration and enjoy silky-smooth skin.
