Delivery Timeframes: Shipping times range from 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $80:
      • Standard: $6.95
      • Express: $15
  • Orders over $80:
        • Standard: FREE!
        • Express: $15

International orders:

  • International orders can order through Glydelle or this Etsy store here. Shipping costs are between $12.95-$19.95AUD

Change of Address:

  • If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post, or DHL, Glydelle will not be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels.
  • Requests for address changes must be made directly to Glydelle's customer care team prior to your order being shipped. Please contact us at contact@glydelle.com for assistance.

Return-to-Sender Policy:

  • If a customer fails to collect an item and it is returned to us, a $15 flat rate will be charged for redelivery.
  • No refunds will be issued for uncollected items under this policy.

Responsibility for Packages:

  • Glydelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
  • For significant delays or lost parcels, please contact the shipping company to lodge an enquiry.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind:

  • Glydelle does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, lack of expertise in product use, or differences in personal opinion.

Exchanges:

  • We do not exchange products due to change of mind or customer error.

Faulty Products:

  • If you believe your product is faulty, email our customer care team at contact@glydelle.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Returned products must not have been used or tampered with. All claims will be thoroughly investigated, and we will contact you with a resolution.

Differing Results:

  • Individual results may vary based on personal differences, such as skin type, environment, or product use. Glydelle cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every customer and does not offer refunds for these reasons.

Promotions

  • No credits or refunds will be given for price differences due to sales or promotions.
  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.

Shipping Delays

Please note that from time to time, international carrier disruptions may impact delivery timeframes. For the most up-to-date information on service availability and delays in your region, please visit the Australia Post International Disruptions page.

We appreciate your understanding and hope to resume full international service as soon as possible.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days via Australia Post. If an item is unavailable or out of stock, you will be notified and delivery may take longer.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping: 1–5 business days within Australia

Express shipping: 1–3 business days within Australia

International shipping: Varies by destination

During promotional periods or new product launches, please allow an additional 5–10 business days due to increased order volume.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Glydelle is not liable for losses caused by delayed delivery.

Missing Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accessible. Orders marked as “delivered” by Australia Post are considered fulfilled. If theft or loss occurs after delivery, we recommend using an address where someone is available to receive the order.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our team at contact@glydelle.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) so we can assist promptly.

Delivery Returned to Sender

If your parcel is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect from a post office
  • Other customer-related issues

You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If you prefer a refund instead, it will exclude:

  • The original shipping cost
  • Any return-to-sender fees incurred (even if free shipping was initially applied)

If the parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you via the email provided at checkout. If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, a refund will be processed minus applicable fees.

Customs Fees

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Glydelle is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or delays at the border. If an order is denied clearance or returned due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be issued minus all shipping and return costs.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please contact us immediately at contact@glydelle.com with your order number and the correct address.

If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to contact Australia Post directly to update the address. If the parcel is returned to Glydelle, reshipping fees will apply. Refunds requested at this stage will exclude shipping and return-to-sender fees.
