Delivery Timeframes: Shipping times range from 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $70:
      • Standard: $7.95
      • Express: $15
  • Orders over $70:
        • Standard: FREE!
        • Express: $15

International orders:

Change of Address:

  • If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post, or DHL, Glydelle will not be held responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels.
  • Requests for address changes must be made directly to Glydelle's customer care team prior to your order being shipped. Please contact us at contact@glydelle.com for assistance.

Return-to-Sender Policy:

  • If a customer fails to collect an item and it is returned to us, a $15 flat rate will be charged for redelivery.
  • No refunds will be issued for uncollected items under this policy.

Responsibility for Packages:

  • Glydelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility.
  • For significant delays or lost parcels, please contact the shipping company to lodge an enquiry.

Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind:

  • Glydelle does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, lack of expertise in product use, or differences in personal opinion.

Exchanges:

  • We do not exchange products due to change of mind or customer error.

Faulty Products:

  • If you believe your product is faulty, email our customer care team at contact@glydelle.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Returned products must not have been used or tampered with. All claims will be thoroughly investigated, and we will contact you with a resolution.

Differing Results:

  • Individual results may vary based on personal differences, such as skin type, environment, or product use. Glydelle cannot guarantee identical outcomes for every customer and does not offer refunds for these reasons.

Promotions

  • No credits or refunds will be given for price differences due to sales or promotions.
  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
