The Glydelle anti chafe stick is seriously a life saver. I have struggled from extreme chafing in my thighs for years, to the point where it bleeding. I then found Glydelle and since then I have run a marathon with NO CHAFE! I applied Glydelle once before the race and did not have to reapply once! Would definitely recommend for women and men!

I was a little skeptical at first. Took it Bali for a true test. Work well as a preventative put it on and off I went. end of trip I got a little lazy and ended up with chaff. To assist with healing I had to let it fully dry to work. But over all happy with the product
This Anti Chafe Stick came at the best time! I’m training for an ultra marathon so I’ve been doing really long trail runs with multiple layers including a hydration vest.. the chafe was sooo bad on my back and front from where the vest would rub! The anti chafe stick is a dream!! 😍😍
